Reported on Tuesday, September 22nd, Jaimie Alexander(Watch Over Me, Kyle XY) and Colm Feore(24, Chronicles of Riddick) have both joined the cast of Kenneth Branagh's Thor film. Jaimie will be playing the mythological Norse goddess, Sif, known for her golden hair, while Colm's character remains a mystery, other than it is known to be a villain. They will be working alongside Chris Hemsworth(Star Trek, The Perfect Getaway) as Thor, Tom Hiddleston(Suburban Shootout) as Loki, and finally, Natalie Portman, who is playing the human character, Jane Foster.
I am so stoked for this film! Kenneth Branagh is one of my heroes, oddly enough for his work with Shakespearian pieces, but if there was anyone I'd put my faith into for a good Thor movie, it would be him. Thoughts? Please leave a comment below or in our Forum.
